Uniforms

A school uniform is a necessary and requested part of our school. A school niform can be readily sed to identify students from our school and therefore s compulsory for excursions.

Below you will find the uniform requirements for this school. There are many distinct advantages associated with your child having a school uniform. I urge all parents to try to outfit their children accordingly.

Girls Uniform

The girls’ uniform is a choice between a dress and skirt/shorts and a T-shirt.

The dress has a front zip opening, collar and cap sleeves. This style gives protection to the shoulders and is easier for the younger girls to dress themselves.

A green pleated wrap around skirt, or green shorts and a gold T-shirt with school logo with green collar is also worn. Both are available from the Uniform Shop. Black shoes or sports shoes, white socks and a green wide brim hat complete the uniform.

Boys Uniform

Boys wear black shorts with gold T shirt with school logo with green collar, white socks, sports shoes and a green wide brim hat.

Hats

To protect from over exposure to the sun, children are required to wear hats when outside at school. The provision of hats is a parental responsibility. We assure you that constant reference to the dangers of over exposure to the sun will be made. Please mark hats (and other clothing) with your child’s name.

OUR SCHOOL HAS A “NO HAT, NO PLAY IN THE SUN” POLICY.

Hats must comply with sun safety standards. Our official school hat is a bottle green bucket hat.

Hats must meet the following criteria:

a. bucket hat (5mm brim)

b. broad brim

c. legionaires
